If you have devices from Abeeway, Digital Matter, or Seeed SenseCAP, then very likely yes. Do you have IoT devices from another vendor? Tell us which ones. For Enterprise customers we also build decoders for new vendors, and requests to expand our standard support are always welcome.
Creating an account takes less than 5 minutes. First device live on the map: same day, provided your IoT device and LoRaWAN network are available. For larger rollouts we offer guided onboarding, but most customers do the first 50 devices on their own.
Yes. Cancel monthly without an exit fee. On departure you get a full bulk export in an open format, plus an audit log of every event during your subscription. No lock-in, not even at departure.
Yes. All data runs in Azure EU-West (Netherlands), including hot storage (TimescaleDB), the event bus, and cold archive (Blob Storage). No replication to regions outside the EU. For Enterprise customers with specific compliance requirements we offer dedicated deployments.
Included: all vendor decoders, the portal, mobile access, API access per tier, 24 months of hot data, and support. Not included: the IoT devices themselves (buy these from the vendor), connectivity (bring your own network or SIMs, or pick a managed add-on), Infinite Archive below Business (add-on at €49/mo), and SMS above the tier cap (passed through with 20% markup).
The update frequency. Standard devices (LoRaWAN & LPWAN) send location updates up to every 5 minutes on average, technically at most 288 uplinks per day, within KPN LoRa fair use. If a device sends more often, it falls in the Realtime class (4G / LTE-M / TCP): continuous updates, every minute or faster. TCP devices always fall in Realtime. We measure the actual volume; you don't classify anything yourself.
No. Bring-your-own is the default: your own KPN or TTN network, private gateway, or your own SIMs work right away. The platform price is pure platform. Rather outsource it? There are two managed add-ons: Managed LoRa (KPN) and Managed SIM, both priced on request.
No, not without explicit opt-in. AI features we ship in 2026-2027 are trained on our own test data or on data from customers who actively choose to participate. Your tenant stays excluded from our training process unless you explicitly confirm otherwise.
